Welcome To My World

H!i I’m so glad you’re here. The Wheeling Wanderer is a space I created to help me cope whilst navigating my life as a young adult with a disability. As well as this, i hope to share my experiences and love of travelling and exploration of life as a wheelchair user.

Here you’ll find honest travel guides; full of first hand accessibility details and everything you need to know to plan your own adventures. You’ll also find personal stories which takes you through stories of navigating school, friendships and growing up all whilst adjusting to life on wheels, and all the small, important parts of life that don’t always get talked about.

Everything you read here comes from my own experiences: the good days, the hard days, and everything in between. Whether you’re looking for travel tips, a relatable story, or just a quiet place to read, I hope you feel right at home.
